WSCUC-affiliated Hispanic Serving, Minority Serving, and Faith-based institutions often grapple with translating DEIJ strategic goals and aspirations into measurable outcomes. California Lutheran University's transformational DEIJ story in progress comes from utilization of a structured DEIJ framework combined with a curriculum toolbox. This approach has effectively infused DEIJ principles into the university's curriculum, teaching methods, and some institutional practices. Our workshop provides a hands-on guide, empowering WSCUC institutions with actionable strategies from this toolbox. The goal is to help these institutions deeply embed DEIJ values, better aligning with ARC2024’s emphasis on equity and excellence.
