Alana Olschwang is the Associate Vice President, University Effectiveness, Planning, & Analytics (UEPA) at California State University, Dominguez Hills. Under her leadership, UEPA organizes, evaluates, assesses, and supports improvement to operations, initiatives, and efforts so the university can determine how well it is fulfilling its mission and achieving its goals. Prior to joining CSUDH, she served as the Associate Provost for Planning and Institutional Effectiveness and the Accreditation Liaison Officer at Claremont Graduate University. She holds a Ph.D. in Education from Claremont Graduate University.
