Manny De La Torre, Ed.D. is the Dean of Academic Innovation and Strategic Program Development at Claremont Lincoln University. He has over 19 years of multidisciplinary experience in higher education, military service, human resource management, architectural design, leadership, and organizational development. Dr. De La Torre is a United States Marine Corps veteran and after receiving his doctorate in Organizational Leadership he became a strategic business development consultant where he supported many initiatives for change, value creation, and sustainable growth practices in small to global organizations. Manny has collaborated with entrepreneurs in different industries and with his mentoring experience became passionate about higher education, teaching, and contributing towards building a community of future of leaders.
