Dr. Siganoff has served as Chair of the Institutional Review Board for the Southern California campuses of a large university. She has held the roles of Vice President of Academic Affairs, Associate Dean, Program Chair of Undergraduate studies, Director of the School of Business, Director of Admissions and Placement Officer. She has developed curriculum, crafted and lead new programs, and prepared for the successful attainment of accreditation and reaccreditation for APA, WASC, and HLC.
She has Chaired Doctoral Students in the areas of Business and Organizational leadership at several universities across the United States. She continues to mentor startups in Southern California and Utah. Overseas she was Business Development Manager at an inner-city college and Department Head for a busy technical college. She has worked with large companies on their restructuring and training strategies and was a business owner for many years.
Dr. Siganoff's research interests in remote leadership; as it pertains to the matching of leadership skills to team leadership preferences, resulted in a functional instrument, utilized both during the interview stage and as an Action Plan for future leadership development.
