Throughout her extensive career, she has served as Director of Quality Assurance and Academic Regulatory Affairs, Head of International Accreditation, and Academic Coordinator of the School of Business and UDLA Honors. Additionally, she has held the roles of Quality and Process Manager and Customer Experience Manager at multinational companies, where she was responsible for planning and leading enterprise-wide quality and process strategies, as well as the customer experience strategy, to establish the foundation for the company's digital transformation plan.
