Master’s in Education from University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa. Professional with more than 25 years of experience in national and multinational service companies. Strong expertise in International Accreditation, Quality Assurance, Process Management, Product Development and Customer Experience. During her extensive professional career, Sol has served as Head of International Accreditation and Academic Coordinator of the School of Business and UDLA Honors. Also, she has served as Quality and Process Manager and Customer Experience Manager at multinational companies where she was responsible for planning and leading the enterprise-wide Quality and Processes Strategy and the Customer Experience Strategy, in order to establish the building blocks of the company's Digital Transformation Plan.
