Heidi Trent Burnett has been with National University since 2013. She is currently the Director of Survey Research in the Office of Accreditation and Curriculum. In this role, Heidi oversees institutional survey research at National University including all internal and external surveys, educating on survey best practices, and supporting faculty and staff with research projects. Prior to becoming Director, Heidi was the Senior Assessment Analyst for nine years and helped facilitate National University’s institutional and programmatic assessment practices. Heidi received a Master of Arts in History from University of San Diego where she focused on environmental history and also holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Sonoma State University. Heidi last presented at WSCUC-ARC in 2015 with the presentation “Multi-Year Plans: Evidence-Based Assessment Planning for Student Learning.”
