Dr. Melinda Medlen is an Institutional Research Analyst in the Office of Educational Effectiveness and Institutional Research at California Lutheran University. Before assuming this role, she worked in the Office of the Provost and the former Assessment Office. Her key areas of focus include institutional research, program review, accreditation, survey research, Qualtrics training and support, and course evaluations. Melinda also serves as a member of the WSCUC Accreditation Steering Committee.
