Dr. Ashlie Andrew earned Bachelor and Master Degrees from California State University, Long Beach. She graduated with her Ph.D. in May 2017 from Regent University in Virginia. She’s been teaching since 2007 at community colleges, public institutions and private schools - her longest tenure at Concordia University Irvine where she’s worked since 2009. She has taught classes in Public Speaking, Leadership, Organizational Culture, Workplace Communication, Interpersonal Communication, Small Group Communication, Organizational Communication, Journalism, and Interviewing. She enjoys teaching all areas of Communication and Leadership Studies but tends to focus on Organizational Communication, Culture, and Public Speaking. She has training and/or certificates in several areas including The Four Disciplines of Execution and Working Genius.
