Women face unique challenges in higher education, both in the classroom and within the University system and culture at large. This presentation will explore the research and lived experiences of women as faculty and staff in academia. Positive strategies for supporting women in higher education will be given. Participants will be given opportunities to share their own experiences and brainstorm additional ways to advance women in the academy.
