Nicole Mills is currently the Associate Dean for the JFK School of Law at National University, where she was on the team that took the law school from fully on-ground to fully on-line.

Nicole loves teaching and has taught a variety of subjects including: Legal Methods, Professional Responsibility, Remedies and Alternative Dispute Resolution, as well as a variety of conflict resolution classes. She has been teaching online and in-person since 2011 and has developed most of her own classes. Prior to moving full time into academia, she owned her own mediation practice for 11 years and prior to that she was a litigator for 11 years. Nicole earned her J.D. at Cornell Law School, and her B.A. at Bates College.
