Roy Stripling is the Director of Student Success Dashboard Research Initiatives at the California State University, Office of the Chancellor. In this role, Roy provides oversight of research programs for campus implementations of the CSU Student Success Dashboard and supports the development of new data analyses and visualizations for the Dashboard. Roy has served as Assistant Director for Assessment at UCLA’s National Center for Research on Evaluation, Standards, and Student Testing, as Scientific Program Office for the Office of Naval Research’s Human Performance, Training, and Education research portfolio, and as co-founder and head of the Warfighter Human-System Integration Laboratory at the US Naval Research Laboratory. He received his Ph.D. in Neuroscience at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
