Allison Rowland is an assistant professor and program lead for the Leadership and Innovation Doctoral Program at University of the Pacific. She also consults with leaders and organizations across sectors on leadership, organizational culture & learning, and DEIB. She holds a BA in Biology from Williams College, an MA in Teaching from Stanford University, and an EdLD in Education Leadership from Harvard University.
