Kyle serves as the Associate Director of Co-Curricular Assessment at SCU, where he provides leadership and coordination for learning outcomes assessment in co-curricular units across the university and at the institutional level. In this role, Kyle works to ensure that SCU meets the dynamic and diverse needs of all students, and promotes diversity, inclusivity, equity, and a deep sense of belonging among all students. Kyle co-developed and co-leads the Bronco Assessment Student Ambassador (BASA) program, a program working with undergraduate students to integrate student perspectives into assessment projects across the university.
