Tracy Kurzy, MBA, M.Ed., joined American Jewish University (AJU) in 2025. Tracy brings a unique blend of business acumen and educational expertise to AJU, having started her career in banking before becoming an entrepreneur and earning a master’s degree in business management from Azusa Pacific University. Her commitment to empowering individuals led her to education, where she taught for over a decade and earned a master’s degree in Equity and Cultural Diversity from the University of Colorado Boulder. Tracy most recently served as Director of Corporate Education at Keck Graduate Institute and prior to that Registrar & Business Manager at City of Hope’s Irell & Manella Graduate School, where she excelled in academic administration and student support.
