Dr. Nekesha Williams, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor and Program Director for the Environmental and Earth Sciences at Saint Mary’s College of California (SMC). A faculty member since 2018 and have served on service committees such as the Core Curriculum Committee and the Program Review Committee.  As Program Director, Dr. Williams is committed to academic excellence, interdisciplinary collaboration, and student mentorship. Her scholarship spans sediment geochemistry, wetlands, hydrology, spatial eco-informatics, and geoscience education with ongoing field and laboratory work and presentations at disciplinary conferences.
