Dr. Deborah Anderson serves as the Director of Data Analytics at Reach University, where she leads the use of data and analytics to inform institutional strategy, support evidence-based decision-making, and strengthen student success outcomes. Her work focuses on developing analytic reports, metrics, and insights that transform institutional data into actionable understanding—helping leaders evaluate progress, identify opportunities, and promote continuous improvement.
With over 30 years of experience in higher education, Dr. Anderson has held leadership roles across Student Affairs, Academic Advising, Admissions, Financial Aid, Enrollment Services, and Multicultural Affairs. She has also developed and managed “wraparound services” addressing emergency aid, transportation, food insecurity, mental health, and technology access, ensuring equitable student support.
Her dissertation, “Institutional Factors or Characteristics Leading to Successful Implementation of Analytic Technology Within Higher Education,” received the Technology Research, Assessment, and Evaluation Award from the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA) in 2021.
