Dr. Rodriguez is Associate Director of Faculty Support and Development for Psychology and MSW faculty. She also serves on dissertation committees and co-leads the Hispanic/ Latinx and Women’s Leadership employment resource groups at NU. She began working at Northcentral University in 2017 as a program lead for the MS in Health Psychology. She earned her PhD in Clinical Health Psychology from Yeshiva University. She worked as a researcher at the Department of Veterans Affairs and a tenured professor at the Catholic university of Peru before starting at NCU. Her research spans the areas of mentoring, the psychosocial determinants of health, and cross cultural psychology.
