Dr. Jenn Whiles Lillig currently serves as Interim Associate Vice President of Academic Affairs and Dean of Graduate and Undergraduate Studies at Sonoma State University. She previously held the role of Associate Dean of Academic Programs and, prior to joining Academic Affairs leadership, served as Professor and Chair of the Chemistry Department. In all of her roles, Dr. Lillig has guided curriculum, assessment, and policy development through shared governance processes, fostering collaboration and incorporating feedback from across disciplines. She earned her B.S. in Chemistry from Harvey Mudd College and her M.S. and Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of California, San Diego.
