Eileen Soto is Senior Director of Assessment and Accreditation Liaison Officer at Loyola Marymount University, where she leads learning outcomes assessment, academic program review, state authorization, and WSCUC accreditation. She is currently leading Reimagining Assessment, a faculty development initiative focused on practical and meaningful approaches to student learning outcomes assessment. Her work moves assessment from compliance to creativity, helping academic departments design practical, reflective, assessment methods that connect data to meaningful improvement. Eileen also teaches Applied Psychology at Biola University, where she integrates reflection, applied research, and vocation through ePortfolio-based capstones. She is passionate about cultivating sustainable, mission-centered cultures of learning and assessment in higher education.
