Patricia Paez has a degree in Psychology from the State University of Baja California, a Master's Degree in Education specializing in Organizational Development from CETYS University and a Doctorate in Education from the University Center of Tijuana. She has more than 20 years of teaching experience in higher education, project development and advice on human talent management issues in organizations. She is a member of the National System of Researchers at the candidate level in Mexico and currently chairs Student health and wellness program at CETYS University.
