She holds a Doctorate in Education with a specialization in Leadership in Higher Education and a Master’s in Business Administration. Her research focuses on academic advising, student engagement, and organizational leadership in online and hybrid learning environments. Dr. Nielsen is dedicated to fostering equitable learning environments, supporting faculty and student development, and advancing innovation in higher education.
