Dr. Tashea S. Hilliard is an accomplished higher education leader and faculty member with over 19 years of experience advancing academic excellence in the health sciences. As Chair of the Science Department at West Coast University in Ontario, California, Dr. Hilliard provides strategic leadership that integrates student-centered pedagogy, faculty development, and mission-driven innovation.
