Dr. Jonathan Dodrill serves as Dean of the College of Undergraduate Studies at The Chicago School, where he leads academic innovation and student success initiatives across all undergraduate programs. A strategic academic leader, he has guided the development of new degree pathways, implemented a multi-year retention plan, and expanded experiential learning and mentorship opportunities for students. His career spans leadership in academic affairs, student affairs, and academic advising, with a consistent focus on equity, access, and mission-driven transformation.

Dr. Dodrill holds a Ph.D. in Historical & Theological Studies from Garrett Seminary, an M.Div. from Princeton Theological Seminary, and a B.A. in Religious Studies from Indiana Wesleyan University. He has published and presented nationally and internationally on topics of education, theology, urban reform, and social ethics, including at Oxford University and the Higher Learning Commission Annual Conference.
