Driven by student data noting career readiness as the main reason for attending college, Mount Saint Mary’s University in Los Angeles launched (M)POWER to provide incoming freshmen with a four-year plan to prepare them today for the careers they want tomorrow. In this presentation, we describe a university-wide, Mission-driven innovation, engaging all aspects of the MSMULA community, demonstrating how to move from research to concept to implementation to assessment of life-design programming.
