This workshop presents how to implement design thinking exercises to engage faculty and staff with Student Survey data to generate actionable solutions for student issues within a brief amount of time. This workshop will demonstrate a 5-step process to facilitate cross-divisional cooperation and leverage various expertise. We will show how to increase faculty and staff engagement with institutional assessment data, and learn innovative, time-limited, and solution-focused processes for institutional effectiveness.
