Name
Institutional Effectiveness from a Student Perspective
Description
This presentation will describe our experience as Department of Assessment and Institutional Effectiveness (DAIE) student assistants. In these roles, we work with faculty to collect student learning outcomes. Through this presentation, we describe the student perspective on the assessment of institutional effectiveness. We also provide ways to improve students' understanding and value of assessment at other institutions. We will show how this would increase faculty engagement with data collection to promote a culture of assessment.
