This presentation examines how ESL students in online undergraduate and graduate programs engage with academic support services and how service use connects to student retention. Findings reveal underutilization of tutoring and advising resources and a need for earlier identification of ESL learners. Attendees will gain actionable strategies for improving outreach, integrating targeted support into gateway courses, and fostering equitable, data-informed practices that enhance ESL student persistence and success.
