This session highlights how CSU Monterey Bay’s Master of Social Work program advances equity and student success for rural and first-generation graduate students. Through data-informed practices and continuous improvement aligned with WSCUC standards, the program identifies barriers, enhances retention and completion, and promotes post-graduation achievement. Participants will gain practical strategies for supporting diverse learners, strengthening rural university partnerships, and integrating assessment with equity-driven institutional goals.
