Description
Institutional data infrastructure commonly prioritizes the academic organizational hierarchy to support planning for enrollment, courses, and faculty workload. Yet, student success is a function of what happens inside and outside of instructional classrooms. This session will highlight strategic and tactical approaches to democratize access to student performance data across the division of student affairs to build capacity as student success partners by scaling access to actionable insights to impact academic performance, retention, and graduation.
