SIG ─ Living the Mission: Building Cultures of Belonging and Purpose
Description

This special interest group is a community of practice dedicated to helping institutions truly live out their mission through success for all students. In a time of shifting policies and increasing challenges, we believe that coming together across roles, institutions, and lived experiences can be both supportive and transformative.

We invite participants to share strategies, questions, and reflections as we co-create actionable approaches to institutional work that centers well-being, purpose, and justice. Whether you're engaged in academic assessment, program review, student affairs, or student success leadership, your voice matters. Together, we’ll explore what empowered, values-driven work can look like in complex environments and how we can use our professional agency to foster cultures of belonging, integrity, and civic engagement.

We don’t claim to have all the answers, but we know that collective wisdom and intentional community-building are essential. Join us in this space of learning, healing, and action.
