As the lead for assessment and accreditation at the University of Redlands, where she has worked for 13 years, she has extensive experience managing accreditation submissions, particularly for the Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) and the WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC). Throughout her career, Heather has successfully led the implementation of technology-driven solutions to streamline assessment and accreditation processes.
