Divya Bheda, PhD, is the Director of Educational Assessment at Santa Clara University where she oversees academic and co-curricular continuous quality improvement efforts that center student success and social justice. With a Ph.D. in Critical and Socio-Cultural Studies in Education and over 15 years of experience in the field, she teaches, writes, and consults and coaches interinstitutional teams and colleagues in equity-oriented continuous improvement best practices.
