Natalie Hewitt, PhD, is the ALO and Dean for the College of Arts & Sciences at Hope International University in Fullerton, CA. Dr. Hewitt's academic background is in English literature, and her dissertation examines Shakespearean influence in Gothic fiction. She began her career in higher education as the lead professor for freshman-level College Writing courses. She is passionate about teaching students how to read widely, think deeply, and write originally.
