Amos is the Deputy Vice Chancellor - Transformative Teaching, Learning and Research at United States International University - Africa. He has a background in financial economics and over 15 years of experience working on financial products, savings behavior and financial systems in both the public and private sectors. His research has impacted on policy outcomes in the Kenyan retirement benefits industry, insurance industry and public governance. He has managed to embed impact evaluations in the research methodology curriculum for all graduate programs in the University and contributed to the training of faculty, students and policy makers on impact evaluations approaches.
