Dale Crowe has been a department head, lead faculty, course professor, and dissertation chair/committee member for over 20 years. He has taught at traditional brick-and-mortar universities with very high research activity (Wayne State University and the University of Michigan) and has taught online for over 20 years. First as an adjunct/part-time faculty member and now as a full-time associate professor. He holds a Master's in Guidance & Counseling, a Juris Doctor (Law), and a Ph.D. in Instructional Technology and Higher Education Administration, emphasizing special education. In addition, he has consulted for over 60 school districts and higher education institutions across the United States and Spain in the areas of instructional technology and technology infrastructure for education. Currently, Dr. Crowe is an online dissertation chair, committee member, and lead faculty. He teaches courses in courses both quantitative and qualitative methods, K-12 and higher education policy, and courses in international studies. In 2023, Dale received the University’s Outstanding Dissertation Chair of the Year award.
