Dr. Brooks is an associate professor and former program chair in the School Psychology Department at The Chicago School in Chicago, IL. She was formerly a survey director at NORC at the University of Chicago working on federal public health surveys. She is a school and clinical psychologist and owns Keys to Care Psychological Services, LLC. Her research interests include social justice, educational experiences and mental health of marginalized populations, and critical studies. Dr. Brooks has experience in program evaluation, modeling, survey design and data analysis. Dr. Brooks earned her Ph.D. in School Psychology from Loyola University Chicago, an MA in the Social Sciences and BA in Psychology from the University of Chicago.
