Prior to his appointment to the role of Chair of The Claremont Core® at Claremont Lincoln University, Chris Trevett has worked in a variety of roles inside and outside academia. These include International Sales Manager & Curriculum Developer for Canter & Associates (now Laureate Education); Instructor of Public Speaking & Intro to Rhetoric at Portland State University; instructor in The Claremont Core® at Claremont Lincoln; and professor of Philosophy at Global Ministries University. His research interests include epistemic ethics and the psychological effects of environmental racism.
