The Course Insights Project aims to refine the course evaluation process by applying research-backed theories and frameworks. Throughout the project process, we will audit existing course curricula to highlight exceptional content while identifying opportunities to enhance the structure and efficacy of the course. This presentation shares the journey and key insights gained from developing this course review process. The session will highlight the challenges we faced and how we addressed them to move the project forward. Attendees will gain practical strategies for implementing similar review processes and improving course design, delivery, and alignment with institutional goals.
