The presenters argue that curriculum development, teaching and learning, assessment, institutional research, and accreditation are the key facets of educational effectiveness, strategic planning is the reagent of change, and student success is the final outcome. A case study from a private institution in Southern California was used to understand this educational effectiveness model’s functionality and successes connected with student success and student-centeredness.
