In the rapidly evolving AI landscape within higher education, institutions must look beyond singular solutions and embrace a comprehensive approach to AI integration. Our session will offer actionable strategies for utilizing AI across key areas of the institution—impacting faculty, administration, and student services with a focus on fostering a holistic transformation that enhances institutional effectiveness and student success. 

At ACHS, our ACE Initiative: AI for Community Engagement (ACE) exemplifies this integrative approach, using AI to create more efficient, engaged, and adaptive educational environments. By embedding AI throughout the institution, we are advancing not only teaching and learning but also operational workflows and community engagement. 

Participants will be introduced to a variety of AI tools and strategies that they can explore for implementation at their institutions. Through examples from the ACE Initiative, they will explore a range of tools evaluated by ACHS and gain actionable insights on their application in the classroom, administrative operations, and co-curricular activities. Attendees will also walk away with a roadmap for integrating these tools and ideas, enabling them to build adoption consensus, drive meaningful improvements in institutional effectiveness, promote student engagement, and enhance operational efficiency.
