As assistant dean of finance and strategic management, Kelli Bagley provides leadership and oversight within the Knauss School of Business. Specific expertise is provided in the areas of finance, human resources, iterative design practices, and academic portfolio management to enhance unit profitability, promote student success outcomes, and achieve mission-driven goals. In this role, Kelli works collaboratively with individuals throughout the school as well as key administrators in departments across campus. She also represents the Knauss School of Business on various university administrative committees and task forces.

Prior to joining the Knauss School of Business, Kelli worked in USD’s International Affairs department where she oversaw budget and operations for the International Center, including the Office of International Studies Abroad, Office of International Students and Scholars and the Madrid Center.  

Kelli completed her MBA at the University of Colorado with a focus on management. She received her bachelor's in business administration from USD, where she also completed minors in accountancy, theology and religious studies and was in the Honors Program. As an undergraduate, she studied abroad in USD's first faculty-led program in India and was involved in the business fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi.
