Sally M. Serrin Melena is the Senior Academic Scheduler in Planning & Academic Resources (PAR) at California State University San Marcos (CSUSM). With 16 years of experience in scheduling and analysis, she currently directs a pilot program for Block Scheduling and Enrollment and has helped to develop the Course Needs Report, using data to ensure the needs (and wants) of departments, colleges, and students are incorporated into the planning process.
