Susana Santos holds a PhD in higher education from Claremont Graduate University and has 12 plus years of progressive professional experience as a higher education administrator. Her areas of expertise include planning, managing and supporting assessments, as well as working in data collection, coordination and presentation to support institutional data production and reporting to internal programs and offices, as well external organizations. Dr. Santos is a graduate of the WSCUC Assessment Leadership Academy and was California Association for Institutional Research (CAIR) Team Fellow for the WSCUC 2020-21 Fellowship Program. She serves at present as Director of Institutional Research and Academic Effectiveness at Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science, and her years of experience have helped her to develop and support equitable and creative solutions to assess and address the needs of a diverse community and student population.
