Dr. Marshall specializes in the academic support of adult online learners, and has worked in higher education academic support since working on her own graduate studies. She has experience supporting students across degree levels and learning platforms, and has held a variety of roles, from Full-Time Faculty to Learning Center Director. Currently, she serves as the Associate Director for the National Center for Teaching and Learning at The Chicago School where she oversees the Office of Student Writing and Learning. Dr. Marshall has a Masters of Fine Arts in Creative Writing and a Doctor of Education in Higher Education and Adult Learning and, ever the lifelong learner, is currently pursuing her PhD in Organizational Leadership.
