Dr. Pam Daly has served in various leadership positions at higher education institutions for over 30 years.  From humble beginnings as an admissions director to group vice president of operations with oversight of seven university campuses in two states, Pam has interacted with a wide array of diverse students and leaders.

With earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in counseling psychology and a PhD in higher education leadership. she is uniquely positioned to discuss the impact of personality on university effectiveness, outcomes, and the student experience.
