Terrance Cao has worked at Pepperdine University as its Senior Certification Manager for 5 years. He primarily oversees learning outcome assessment for all programs in the Education Division of the Graduate School of Education and Psychology at Pepperdine University. He also supports and guides students on teacher credentialing requirements. Terrance is an adjunct faculty member, having taught coursework in Research Capstone, Instructional Design, and Developing Teaching Methods. Terrance is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University, pursuing research on faculty engagement in formal assessment processes.
