The American University of Health Sciences (AUHS) is a Christian-based minority-serving institution with a mission to welcome students from diverse backgrounds and prepare them for high-quality patient-centered care. The University is currently exploring the development of formal Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. This presentation describes an exploratory research project involving a qualitative analysis of AUHS and School of Pharmacy (SOP) websites and policy documents to assess current DEI status.
