Discover how creating meaningful and inclusive learning environments builds collaboration through the university community in order to impact student achievement and positive university culture, leading to changed academic and institutional policy, practice, and performance. This workshop highlights a process for building diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging literacy, practices, development, and measurement of performance indicators including reach and transformational impact across departments in an entire University community for collective impact. Participants will have the opportunity to query their own institution’s practices and develop key recommendations to bring back to their departments and spheres of influence.
