As institutions increasingly grapple with closing equity gaps, strategic enrollment management has become critical to DEI efforts. This presentation will feature an introduction to the strategic enrollment management practices used at University of Hawai’i-West Oahu, a walk-through example, and a discussion of the importance of establishing synergies on campus to optimize institutional enrollment and achieve equity goals.
